By utilizing either VSPS or Global VetLink Electronic EIA, you will benefit greatly from the increased organization, faster Turn Around Times and allow for improved client services to your clients.
Please be aware of limits in Turn Around Time (TAT) of testing and processing the required paperwork as well as time required for mailing of the necessary forms.
ELISA Method Testing is the Vetpath Standard of testing and is performed daily, paperwork is usually available for faxing or Electronic Entry after 4PM (CST) of the day the specimen is received at VETPATH and taken directly to the eastern Oklahoma mail distribution center that evening for the quickest possible USPS delivery to your practice. OVERNIGHT RETURN is available via Fed-EX, UPS and USPS. All Express return shipping will be billed to your Vetpath Laboratory account and itemized on your monthly statement.
If you or your client has a critical situation in which results are urgently needed, please notify VETPATH by phone or by written instructions (including fax number) sent in with the specimen. WE WILL HELP YOU AND YOUR CLIENTS IN ANY WAY WE CAN TO ASSURE THEIR SPECIFIC NEEDS ARE MET.
